mCherry saRNA expresses the fluorescent protein mCherry originally derived from

DsRed, a protein found in Discosoma sp. mCherry protein displays a monomeric fluorophore when exposed to light with an emissions peak at 610 nm. mCherry saRNA is commonly usedas positive control (reporter marker) in saRNA transfection and delivery system development.

Yaohai Bio-Pharma offers unmodified mCherry saRNA, with Cap1 structure, Alphaviruses derived replicon, optimized codons, engineered UTR and 110nt polyA tail, to improve saRNA stability and translation efficiency.
