Description
Cre saRNA expresses Cre recombinase derived from the P1 bacteriophage. Cre recombinase is a member of the integrase family of recombinases, which catalyzes the site-specific recombination event between two DNA recognition sites (LoxP sites). Cre recombinase is a widely used tool in the field of molecular biology. Cre saRNA is commonly used in in vitro and in vivo studies.
As a next-generation mRNA, self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) is designed to achieve enhanced protein expression with a reduced dose than conventional mRNA.
Yaohai Bio-Pharma offers unmodified Cre saRNA, with Cap1 structure, Alphaviruses derived replicon, optimized codons, engineered UTR and 110nt poly(A) tail, to improve saRNA stability and translation efficiency.
