eGFP saRNA expresses enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP), originally derived from the jellyfish, Aequorea victoria. eGFP protein displays bright green fluorescence when exposed to light in the blue to ultraviolet range, with an emissions peak at 509 nm. eGFP saRNA is commonly usedas reporter marker (positive control) in transfection and delivery system development.
Yaohai Bio-Pharma offers unmodified eGFP saRNA, with Cap1 structure, Alphaviruses derived replicon, optimized codons, engineered UTR and 110nt poly(A) tail, to improve saRNA stability and translation efficiency.
