IL-2 mRNA expresses human Interleukin-2 (IL-2) protein, originally called T-cell growth factor (TCGF). Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a multifunctional cytokine which can stimulate the differentiation and proliferation of T lymphocytes and other cell types including B lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, lymphokine-activated killer (LAK), and monocytes/macrophages. Interleukin 4 (IL-4) and Interleukin 7 (IL-7) share a gamma chain with the heterotrimeric protein complex that is the IL-2 receptor (IL-2R), via which IL-2 transmits its signals.
Yaohai Bio-Pharma offers unmodified or N1Ψ modified IL-2 mRNA, with Cap1 structure, optimized codons, engineered UTR and 110nt polyA tail, to improve mRNA stability and translation efficiency.
