Description
The eGFP circRNA expresses enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP), originally derived from the jellyfish, Aequorea victoria.
The eGFP protein displays bright green fluorescence when exposed to light in the blue to ultraviolet (UV) range, with an emissions peak at 509 nm. eGFP circRNA is commonly used as positive control in circRNA transfection and delivery system development.
Yaohai Bio-Pharma offers pure eGFP circRNA products, with optimized codons and internal ribosome entry site (IRES), to improve circRNA circulation efficiency, stability and translation efficiency.

circRNA Preparation and Cell Expression
Taking linearized plasmid DNA (pDNA) harboring eGFP circRNA coding genes as in vitro testing (IVT) template, we obtained pure eGFP circRNA by in vitro transcription, circulation, and purification.
Pure eGFP circRNA mixed with a commercial transfection reagent was transfected into 293T cells in a 96 well plate. And fluorescence photography was performed after 24 hours, 48 hours, 168 hours and 336 hours.
