Description

Cre mRNA expresses Cre recombinase derived from the P1 bacteriophage. Cre recombinase is a member of the integrase family of recombinases, which catalyzes the site-specific recombination event between two DNA recognition sites (LoxP sites). Cre recombinase is a widely used tool in the field of molecular biology. Cre mRNA is commonly used in in vitro and in vivo studies.

Yaohai Bio-Pharma offers unmodified or N1Ψ modified Cre mRNA, with Cap1 structure, optimized codons, engineered UTR and 110nt poly(A) tail, to improve mRNA stability and translation efficiency.
